Caperton has been a civil and criminal litigator for almost 30 years.  In 2001, he joined with Rice and Amundsen to practice civil and criminal litigation, mediation, environmental law and family law.  Caperton has represented businesses and individuals in a wide range of legal disputes in the Federal and State courts of Tennessee, Mississippi, New York and Arkansas.
